These formulations are a starting point. Questions are refined according to the objects, available materials and the expert's competence.

Wording is tailored to the specific goods, batch, valuation date and available materials. Product quality, value and safety may require different methods and competence; the scope of the assignment is determined before work begins.

Scope of the commodity-examination assignment

A commodity expert examines the agreed characteristics, condition and value of products. Microbiological, physicochemical, veterinary and other specialist indicators require appropriate methods and providers. Legal questions of liability and the amount recoverable are resolved under the established procedure; when an examination is court-appointed, the court determines the final questions.

The selected questions can be pasted into your inquiry. Preparing documents for court.
